Bigicloud Web Hosting Terms & Conditions

Refund Policy

Bigicloud offers a 3-day refund policy on new web hosting purchases. Customers must request cancellation within 72 hours of purchase to qualify for a refund.

  • Refunds apply only to the first purchase of Shared Hosting, Tv & Radio services, Business Email.
  • No refunds for domain registration, SSL certificates, Managed Hosting, VPS, CLOUD VPS, or Dedicated Server, setup fees, or add-ons except the service is not delivered within 72hours.
  • Discounted promotions or special deals are not eligible for refunds.
Account Setup & Billing
  • Services are activated after successful payment verification.
  • All accounts are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, annually) unless canceled.
  • Invoices must be paid on or before the due date to avoid suspension.
  • Failure to pay within 7 days after the due date may result in termination of the service and loss of data.
Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your hosting plan at any time by submitting a cancellation request via your client portal. Refunds apply only within the first 72 hours of purchase. VPS, Cloud VPS, and Dedicated Servers are not refundable unless the service is not delivered within 72 hours. Any Payment made with cryptos can only be refunded to wallet if service qualifies for a refund.

Important: Automatic payments are processed 3 to 10 days before your service expiry date. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel your services before the 30th of every month.

Additional Note: Service Renewals or Auto Renewals are non-refundable.

Usage Policy
  • Hosting accounts may not be used for spamming, phishing, malware hosting, illegal downloads, or copyright infringement.
  • Services must not be used for launching DDoS attacks, crypto mining, mass mailing, or harmful activities.
  • Excessive server resource usage may result in temporary suspension.
Prohibited Content

As a hosting provider, Bigicloud strictly prohibits the upload, hosting, or distribution of content that violates laws or infringes rights. This includes:

  • Copyrighted materials: Uploading or distributing any content without explicit permission from the copyright holder.
  • Child sexual abuse content: Any material involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts is strictly forbidden and will be reported to authorities.
  • Illegal content: Including but not limited to: malware, phishing kits, hacking tools, or materials facilitating criminal activity.
  • Abusive or harmful content: Content promoting violence, self-harm encouragement, or harassment.

Any violation of these restrictions may lead to immediate account suspension, termination, and law enforcement notification.

Illegal Content & Abuse Prevention

Bigicloud maintains an internal Illegal Content and Abuse Prevention framework to ensure safety and compliance.

  • Policy Availability: All rules relating to abuse and illegal content are included directly in this Terms of Service document.
  • Complaint Response: Upon receiving a valid abuse or illegal content complaint, Bigicloud will review the reported file or service immediately. In urgent or high‑risk cases, removal may occur within 15 minutes.
  • Monitoring: Bigicloud uses automated systems and manual review to detect malicious or illegal activity across its infrastructure.
  • User Reporting: Users may report abuse or illegal activity by contacting our support team. Reports are reviewed urgently.
  • Enforcement: Accounts found distributing illegal or harmful content may be suspended or terminated without notice.
  • Law Enforcement Cooperation: When required, Bigicloud cooperates with law enforcement agencies and provides relevant information in accordance with applicable laws.
Backups & Data Responsibility

Bigicloud performs periodic backups for Web Hosting and Managed Hosting services. However, customers are fully responsible for maintaining their own backups. VPS and Dedicated Servers do not include backups unless explicitly purchased.

Service Availability & Liability

Bigicloud aims to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we are not liable for downtime caused by hardware failure, network issues, data center outages, or other factors beyond our control.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, fails to pay invoices, or engages in illegal or abusive behavior.

Privacy & Security

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customers must protect their login credentials and are responsible for activities under their accounts.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the European Union, depending on the server location.
